In a city shaped by limits and control, freedom does not always exist in public spaces. Sometimes it appears in small, private places.

Our backyard gave me this opportunity. At first I wanted to photograph the flow of life there throughout the year.

A year later I realized that our backyard only runs in the summer ... and so my mindset changed:

The flow of life that takes place in our backyard has shown me that some hidden aspects of the city are not bad things, such as my sister wearing a floral shirt in the sun that has lessen her desire to go abroad. This hidden system cannot deny our desires and even our inalienable rights.

And I basically want to show with my photos that in this hidden and limited system in which we are imprisoned, only our backyard, which is our neighbor's roof, is our area of freedom.
